Trang Cao

Trang Cao is an engineer at Pod Foods. Trang previously worked as a training and recruitment team leader at BAEMIN Vietnam (Woowa Bros.) from May 2020 to July 2021. Trang was responsible for leading the training and admin team to operate the daily operation at the training academy, managing 4 members, and controlling the daily recruitment task to make sure new riders could sign up for BAEMIN smoothly. Trang also trained all new riders on the current operation and service process, reviewed problem areas and rider experience impact to raise enhancement requests, and collaborated closely with the Rider Operation (including Rider Service and Rider Payment)/Rider Community/Antifraud Team to update the latest policy.

Before their work at BAEMIN Vietnam, Trang worked as a Senior Training and Recruitment at Taiyo Nippon Sanso from January 2019 to May 2020. In this role, they controlled the training budget/plan and training records, made training analysis & reports, and organized the training process. Trang also recruited staff, issued recruitment notices, Job Postings (internal/external sources), CV Screenings, and prepared the Interview schedule. Additionally, Trang updated laws/policies relevant to human resources and supported other tasks as required.

Trang Cao is a graduate of the University of Mysore with a bachelor's degree in Oriental Studies. Trang also holds a certification in Recruiting Foundations from LinkedIn and a SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management.

They are on a team with Tra Thanh - Engineer, Hanh Hoang - QA. Trang Cao reports to Nguyen Thi Thuy, Lead QA.
