Jose Morales Nogales

Jose Morales Nogales has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on core network engineering and administration. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Asistente Técnico Regional at Unete for one year. In 2008, they joined VIVA Bolivia, where they held multiple roles including CS Core Network Administrator, IREG Coordinator, and NSS Manager a.i. Their responsibilities in these positions included maintaining network elements, coordinating roaming activities, managing staff, and overseeing operational support. In 2019, they started working at Pod Group as a Senior Core Network Engineer, where they deploy and integrates mobile core infrastructure, provides troubleshooting and diagnostics support, and serves as a point of escalation. In addition to their corporate experience, they also worked as a University Professor at Universidad Simón I. Patiño from 2009 to 2010.

From 2002 to 2006, Jose Morales Nogales attended the Universidad Catolica Boliviana, where they obtained a Licenciado degree in Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, and Networking. Jose also pursued a Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones at the same university during the same time period. In September 2020, they obtained a certification as a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
