Madie Whalen

Madie Whalen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Madie started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Aitchison and Adams Real Estate Group in 2014, where they were responsible for client communication and database management. In 2015, they worked as a Receptionist at University of San Francisco Student Housing and Resident Education, assisting visitors and residents with inquiries. Madie then became a Resident Advisor at the same organization, facilitating community development and leading building programs.

In 2017, Madie joined Peerspace as a Host Success Account Management Intern, where they facilitated host onboarding, analyzed user data, and authored support articles. Madie then transitioned to Pod Group - A Giesecke+Devrient Company in 2018, initially working as an Account Management Intern. In this role, they managed logistics for customer SIM orders, supported client onboarding, and contributed to process improvement. Madie later became an Account Manager, working with clients to ensure a positive user experience and troubleshooting connectivity issues as a technical support representative. Madie then progressed to the role of Junior Product Manager, expanding the network portfolio and creating a knowledge base. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager, overseeing all stages of product creation, analyzing user behavior and industry trends, and managing the product backlog.

Madie Whalen attended the University of San Francisco from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA). Madie'smajor was in Management, while their minor was in Philosophy. In 2023, Madie obtained certifications in "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" and "UX Design: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" from Google.
