Safeer Rashid

Safeer Rashid, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at POD Marketing Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Safeer held the role of Controller at Overstory Media Group from June 2022 to September 2023, following a tenure as an Accountant. Safeer co-owned A Touch of India, a family-run business selling authentic Indian food in Calgary, from March 2015 to June 2022. Safeer’s earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Accountant at KPMG and Senior Staff Accountant at BDO, as well as a Customer Representative at Scotiabank. Safeer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Mount Royal University and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
