Lt Col Rajiv Ghosh, SM (Retd) is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resource functions, General Administration, Security, and Facility Management. Currently serving as General Manager at Podar Education Network since November 2018, Rajiv previously held key roles such as Head of Security and Administration at BKT Tires and General Manager of Security at Adani Ports and SEZ, where responsibilities included comprehensive security management and emergency preparedness. A distinguished alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, Rajiv has a robust educational background encompassing military training and management studies, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills throughout a notable career that began in the Indian Army.
