Vardan Dabaghyan

Vardan Dabaghyan is the current Chief Product Officer at Podcastle. Vardan has over 8 years of experience in product management and development.

Vardan began their career as a Lecturer at Armenian state university of economics in 2013. Vardan then transitioned to State Revenue Committee of Armenia (Tax and Customs service) as a Senior Specialist at revenue assessment and analysis division in September 2013. In this role, they were responsible for communicating with key stakeholders, product principals and sponsors to ensure that company products were aligned with company objectives. Vardan also led and coordinated the product owners and business analysis teams, organized regular meetings to discuss product specific decisions, and was accountable for the whole product vision and strategy.

In July 2016, Vardan joined Webb Fontaine as their Product Officer. In this role, they continued to be responsible for communicating with key stakeholders, product principals and sponsors to ensure alignment between company products and objectives. Vardan also coordinated high level product development and communicated the product strategy to the product teams. Additionally, they participated in the big modelling sessions to clarify the big picture requirements and held responsibility for the whole product vision, transferring the vision to the team of product owners. Vardan also prioritized the big business requirements for the project teams provided by stakeholders.

Vardan has extensive experience in product management and development and is a valuable asset to any organization.

Vardan Dabaghyan has a Master's degree in mathematics and mechanics from Yerevan State University. Vardan also has a Bachelor's degree in mathematics and mechanics from the same school.
