Doug Fluegel is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in project management and community engagement. At the Podiatry Insurance Company of America, Doug leads cross-functional teams to implement strategic business plans while ensuring project quality standards. As a volunteer faculty member at W.O. Smith School of Music, Doug teaches piano to children in need. Previous roles include project manager for Hands on Nashville, community investments project manager and director at United Way of Metropolitan Nashville, and various management positions at Maytag. Doug holds a BS in English from Vanderbilt University, an MBA in General Management from the University of Tennessee, and additional qualifications from Georgetown University Public Policy Institute and Becker PMP.
