Eva Kirstine Lægdsgaard

Eva Kirstine Lægdsgaard is a seasoned professional in the media and entertainment industry, currently serving as Co-founder and Chief People & Culture Officer as well as Co-founder and Chief of Strategic Relations at Podimo since June 2019. Prior to this role, Lægdsgaard held various positions at Spotify from January 2010 to September 2018, including Director of Artist & Label Services for the Nordics, Senior Account Manager for Label Relations in the Nordics, and Account Manager for Label Relations in Central Europe. Earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager at Last.fm and Boom Records!, specializing in global projects, artist promotion, and production, respectively. Lægdsgaard began a career at Atmosphere BBDO as an Account Manager, overseeing the creative process for significant clients such as Maersk, Tuborg/Carlsberg, and Masterfoods. Educational credentials include a BA in Media Production and Management from Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole and a high school diploma as a Mathematics student from Rungsted Gymnasium.
