Isabel Salazar

Isabel Salazar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and marketing across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Spain Country Manager at Podimo since May 2023, Isabel oversees P&L, budgets, and daily operations, leading a team of over 15 individuals. Previously, Isabel held the position of Country Manager for Spain at ManoMano, with responsibilities in strategy coordination and performance reporting. Isabel also led operations as Country Manager at Talent Garden, launched Motorola's brand as Marketing & PR Director at Motorola Mobility, and directed consumer marketing at Google Spain. Isabel's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Esade, a postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a bachelor's in Business Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
