Nastassja Pearson

Nastassja Pearson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in development and project management within the construction and engineering sectors. They served as Development Manager and later as Director of Development at Podium Developments from 2015 to 2022. Previously, Nastassja worked at WSP as a Project Manager and Technical Lead from 2008 to 2015. Currently, they are the Director of Development at Cedar Podium, focusing on student housing partnerships with Canadian educational institutions. Nastassja holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Applied Science in Building Science, both from the University of Toronto.
