Brent Myers

Brent Myers has a diverse range of work experience. Brent began their career at Fidelity Investments in 2005, where they held the role of Senior Manager until May 2020. In 2021, they joined Podium Education as a Data Analytics/Visualizations Instructor and Tutor. In 2022, they worked as a Financial Jr. Staff Auditor at the Office of the Utah State Auditor. Currently, Brent is a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Utah Valley University.

Brent Myers obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Southern Utah University, from the year 1999 to 2009. Brent is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting at Utah Valley University, starting in 2021. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Hands-On Data Science: 3 Sales Analysis in Python" and "Python for Non-Programmers" from LinkedIn in March 2023, "Managing Stress for Positive Change" and "Negotiation Foundations" from LinkedIn in October 2022, "Relational Databases Essential Training" from LinkedIn in February 2022, "Beta Alpha Psi Lifetime Member" from Beta Alpha Psi International (BAP) in January 2022, and "Applied Data Analytics - Excel Specialist," "Applied Data Analytics - Tableau Specialist," and "Snow College - Data Analytics Program" from Snow College in January 2021.
