Christian Uddland

Christian Uddland is an experienced professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at PODIUM FASTIGHETER AB since September 2023. Prior to this role, Christian was the Head of Asset Management at Brunswick Real Estate from April 2018 to April 2023, where responsibilities included establishing and leading an international asset management team and overseeing property development in collaboration with local asset managers across Sweden. Previous positions include Fastighetsutvecklare at NCC Property Development, Associate Director at Catella Corporate Finance, and roles in structured finance at Skanska Financial Services. Christian holds a Master of Science in Fastighetsekonomi from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has studied at the National University of Singapore, along with completing upper secondary education at Enskilda Gymnasiet.
