Chris Adams

Chris Adams is a seasoned sales executive with extensive leadership experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Sales at Podium since January 2025, Chris previously held the role of SVP of Employer Sales, Success, and Partnerships at Sword Health, where significant contributions included implementing a new sales forecast process and reorganizing teams during a leadership transition. At BENlabs, as Senior Vice President of Sales, Chris developed a pricing and packaging strategy that resulted in a 15x increase in average deal size and significantly boosted demand generation. Chris also excelled at ClickUp, achieving a tenfold revenue increase and earning recognition in the President's Club for two consecutive years. Earlier experience at Qualtrics involved steering the global sales strategy for the CoreXM product line, reversing negative growth to achieve a 40% growth rate. Chris holds a degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
