Jaidyn Harrington

Jaidyn Harrington, a Field Customer Success Manager at Podium since October 2022, previously worked as an Onboarding Manager 2 and Onboarding Manager 1. Before joining Podium, they served as a Business Manager at Salty Squad Rentals starting in April 2019. With experience in managing online booking software and coordinating logistics for over 300 customers, they excelled in their role. Additionally, Jaidyn worked as an Educator at lululemon from November 2018 to May 2021, where they focused on creating exceptional guest experiences. They graduated from the University of Utah in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
