Jared Molk

Jared Molk is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer experience strategy, operations, and management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of CX Strategy & Operations at Podium since November 2023, Jared previously held roles including Regional General Manager for the Midwest at sunday and Senior Associate for New Verticals at DoorDash, where significant contributions included optimizing labor expenditures for DashMart. Jared's earlier experience encompasses corporate finance leadership at McMaster-Carr and management consulting roles at Strategy& and LivingPath. An alumnus of the University of Michigan, Jared holds dual degrees in Business Administration and has demonstrated leadership as the founding President of the Phi Gamma Nu Professional Business Fraternity chapter at Michigan.
