Lydia Dworetzky

Lydia Dworetzky is the VP of Growth Marketing at Podium. Lydia has over eight years of experience in marketing, strategic partnerships, and business development.

Lydia started their career as a Business Development Summer Associate at Groupon in 2012. Lydia then worked as a Manager, Strategic Partnerships at Zillow Group from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Stitch Fix as a Growth Marketing - Influencer / Partnerships / Affiliate. Lydia was promoted to Director, Growth - Digital in 2018 and Head of Growth in 2020. Lydia left Stitch Fix in October 2020 to join Podium as a Consultant / Advisor.

Lydia Dworetzky has a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Brown University. Lydia also attended the University of Cape Town and William Penn Charter.
