Wells Carter

Wells Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in onboarding, training, and operational roles. Currently serving as Team Lead and Onboarding Manager at Podium since November 2023, Wells previously excelled at Wells Fargo as a Senior Operations Processor, where responsibilities included onboarding and coaching new customer service representatives. Notably, Wells also held the position of Branch Product Support Representative, providing high-level customer support and training. Prior experience includes roles as an Insurance Advisor at One Stop Insurance, Associate District Manager at ADP, and various internships. Wells holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, earned between 2014 and 2017.
