Bill Derrick

Bill Derrick has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Bill served as the President of Pacific Alliance Realty, a full-service real estate firm that they established in 1992. In this role, they were responsible for marketing commercial and residential properties for sale or lease, as well as providing construction renovation and development services. Bill also worked as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Silverstone Communities from 2005 to 2007. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Podley Properties since 2012.

Bill Derrick has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.
