Boyd Smith has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in architecture and luxury marketing. Currently serving as an Architectural Specialist at Podley Properties since February 2011, Boyd primarily assists individual buyers and sellers with property transactions and provides buyer/seller counseling. Previous roles include Architectural Specialist at Sotheby's International Realty and Luxury Marketing Director at Prudential California Realty, where Boyd developed marketing programs and represented multi-unit communities.
