Alberto de Juana Ortega has extensive experience in compliance and customer loyalty, currently serving as Compliance Officer & Legal and CXO & Customer Loyalty at Podo since October 2017, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of quality and customer loyalty models. Previous experience includes internships in the financial department at HUSA, focusing on debt monitoring and payment reconciliation from April to June 2012, as well as an internship at AM&PG Consultores Tributarios in 2009. Alberto holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from ESIC Business & Marketing School, completed in 2017, and studied at Retamar from 2010 to 2012.
