Scott Shalders

Scott Shalders is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product technology and development within the coffee and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Product Technology and Development Specialist at Pod Pack International, LLC since November 2021, Scott previously held leadership roles including Director of Coffee Products for Colombia Zona and Production Supervisor for S&D Coffee & Tea. Scott's career began at Reily Foods Company, where a long tenure as Processing Supervisor and Commodities Specialist was established. Scott holds a BA and BS in Management and Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Pearl River Community College.
