Nicci Slining, MHRM, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in human resources with a focus on benefits, leave management, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits and Leave Specialist and People and Culture Partner at POET since October 2020, Nicci has previously held roles at Avera Health as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter and at Prairie Berry as a Field HR Administrative Associate.
