Katia Stapley-Oh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Katia began their career as the Coordinator Geographic Information Management at the Department for Planning and Infrastructure Western Australia in 1997 and held this role until 2008. Katia then joined Avaya as a Business Planning Analyst from 2009 to 2012.
In 2012, Katia transitioned to Google and took on various roles over the years. Katia worked as a Geospatial Partner Operations Manager (Asia) from 2012 to 2013. Katia then served as the APAC Customer Success Manager for Google For Work from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, they became the Google Cloud Partner Services Manager (APAC) from 2016 to 2017, where they designed and implemented partner programs and managed packaged service offerings.
From 2017 to 2019, Katia worked as a Partner Engagement Manager (Asia) at Google Cloud, where they collaborated with partners to align their business goals with the organization's needs. Katia also devised a partner coverage matrix to visualize and analyze the partner ecosystem.
In 2020, Katia joined Poeta Digital as the Business and Channel Operations Lead. In this role, they managed vendor partnership relationships, developed go-to-market strategies, and oversaw the operations of the Cloud Transformation Business unit. Katia continues to work for Poeta Digital as the Cloud Lead from 2023.

Katia Stapley-Oh completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Geographical Information Systems at The University of Western Australia from 1994 to 1997. Katia then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same university from 2006 to 2008. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Hollywood Senior High School from 1989 to 1993.
