Lonnie Craft is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Food Safety Quality Assurance Manager at Tyson Foods since July 2024. Prior experience includes a similar role at Perdue Farms from March 2022 to April 2024 and a position as Sanitation Supervisor at Wayne-Sanderson Farms from December 2023 to July 2024. Lonnie Craft has also worked as a medical researcher for the American Cancer Society and gained valuable experience as a member of the USDA from October 2013 to July 2021. In addition to a robust career in food safety, Lonnie Craft is an accomplished spoken word poet, actively performing since March 2010. Lonnie Craft holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Tuskegee University, obtained in 2010.
