Blake Gruenewald, MBA, CM-BIM, is a seasoned professional in the field of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC). Currently serving as the Director of VDC at POGUE CONSTRUCTION since June 2022, Blake previously held the position of BIM Operations Manager at PrecisionPoint, Inc., where responsibilities included leading scan to BIM operations and managing project budgets. Prior experience includes serving as BIM Manager at Manhattan Construction Company, emphasizing large-scale projects and corporate BIM standards, and working as a VDC Modeler at MMC Contractors. Blake's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management with an emphasis in BIM, both from Pittsburg State University.
