James Pierson

James Pierson is a seasoned construction professional with a diverse background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at POGUE CONSTRUCTION since July 2020, James has advanced through various roles in project management within the company. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer at Cadence McShane Construction Company and roles at HGC Construction, EMJ Corporation, and Drees Homes. James commenced a career in customer service as a Car Salesman at Kerry Chevrolet and Hyundai and started in the construction field as a Cook at Chick-fil-A and a Laborer at Hoeper Construction. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University and an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering-Architecture from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
