Currently serving as the Billing Manager at PohlmanUSA Court Reporting & Litigation Services since December 2017, Jennifer previously held positions at Golkow Litigation Services from July 2011 to November 2017 as a Case Manager and Workflow Manager, where responsibilities included quality checking transcripts and liaising with legal professionals. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at PetSmart as a Presentation Manager, focusing on employee training and merchandise management.
