Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Litigation Services, overseeing the Corporate Services division from October 2012 to January 2016, and beginning a career at Merrill Corporation as a Case Manager from October 1994 to September 2006. Kim has extensive expertise in developing business strategies, managing sales and marketing teams, and enhancing customer relationships in the litigation support industry.
