Currently serving as a Records Representative at PohlmanUSA Court Reporting & Litigation Services since February 2017, Shelby Jarman is responsible for requesting records from various institutions while ensuring client preferences are followed and managing outstanding record requests. Prior roles include MRR Financial Specialist, where Shelby Jarman managed invoice processing and vendor negotiations, and Records Specialist, focusing on client interactions and efficient processing of records. Shelby Jarman began a career in customer service at Wang Gang Asian Eats as a Server, where responsibilities included educating customers on menu items and maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
