Jim Watson

Jim Watson possesses extensive experience in the construction and excavation industry, currently serving as a Superintendent at FA Wilhelm and Central Engineering and Construction Associates, Inc. since December 2014. In this role, Jim oversees all Earthwork field operations across numerous projects, emphasizing quality standards while adhering to budget and time constraints. Concurrently, Jim holds a Foreman position at Poindexter Excavating and has worked as an Operator at Atlas Excavating, Inc. since 2013. Jim's career in the field began with Central Engineering & Construction Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included preparing work sites, supervising crews, and leading operators on major excavation projects from 1990 to 2007. Jim's educational background includes attendance at Indian Creek Jr.-Sr. High School and the Brown County Career Resource Center.
