John Jongmin Kim

John Kim currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO & Co-Founder and Special Projects Lead at Hunt Club since February 2024. Previously, John held the position of Manager of Corporate Development/M&A and Strategy at Gopuff from 2021 to 2024, focusing on M&A, strategy, capital markets, and Gopuff Ventures. Prior to Gopuff, John was with Barclays from 2017 to 2021, where roles included Associate in Investment Banking M&A and Analyst, completing the full analyst program and receiving a promotion to Associate. John also gained experience as a Summer Analyst in Investment Banking M&A at Barclays in 2017 before deferring a full-time position to work at SOSV's startup accelerator, HAX. Academic qualifications include a BS in Finance and International Affairs from Georgetown University and an MBA from The Wharton School. John's foundational education was completed at St. George's School, where a High School Diploma was earned.
