Blanca Abraham

Blanca Abraham has over 25 years of leadership experience as a Global IT specialist. Blanca has a track record of process improvement, automation, and implementations. Blanca has served as a Vice President of Information Technology at Point Blank Enterprises, Inc. from March 2015 to the present. Blanca has also worked as an IT Development Manager - Director from April 2011 to March 2015, and as a Senior Developer / DBA from January 2009 to May 2011. Prior to their time at Point Blank Enterprises, Inc., Blanca served as an Implementation & Development Leader / DBA - Cemex at SMX - Cemex from February 2007 to November 2008. Blanca also worked as the Director of IT at Fundacite Merida from November 2001 to January 2007, where they were responsible for more than 30 people and used agile methodologies in software development. Blanca has expertise in various technologies such as C++, Linux, MySQL, SQLServer, Apache, and PHP.

Blanca Abraham has a strong education background in the field of computer science. Blanca began their undergraduate studies at Tecnologico Antonio Jose de Sucre, where they earned an Associate Degree in Computer Science from 1991 to 1993. Following this, they attended Politecnico Santiago Marino from 1993 to 1997 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in System Engineering. To further enhance their knowledge and skills, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at the University of Miami from 1999 to 2001. Blanca Abraham continued their academic journey by pursuing a Ph.D. at Universidad de los Andes (VE) from 2005 to 2010. Blanca'sdoctoral research focused on Artificial Intelligence, Computational Reflection, and Software Engineering. With this extensive education history, Blanca Abraham demonstrates a strong foundation and expertise in computer science.
