Ivan Habibe

Ivan Habibe has a strong background in financial management and leadership. Ivan has experience as the Chief Financial Officer for Point Blank Enterprises, Inc., where they oversaw the design, manufacturing, and marketing of protective products for the military and law enforcement markets. Prior to this, Ivan held the position of Vice President Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Baldwin Technology Company, Inc. Ivan also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President at Russell Hobbs, Inc., where they were responsible for administrative functions and played a critical role in the company's operational restructuring and successful merger integration. Ivan's earlier experience includes roles as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice-President at Applica Consumer Products and as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where they provided assurance and advisory services to publicly traded companies in the consumer business industry. Throughout their career, Ivan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in financial diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic goal setting.

Ivan Habibe completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Florida International University in 1995. Prior to that, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the same university, which they completed in 1995. Earlier, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University in 1990.
