Eric Decker

Eric Decker is an accomplished IT executive currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Point C since August 2025. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Independent Health from November 2010 to July 2025, where responsibilities as SVP, IT and Chief Information Officer encompassed overseeing the IT function for a not-for-profit health plan and managing various technology solutions aligned with organizational strategies. Eric's background also features roles such as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Technology Implementation, and Vice President of IT Application Development at Meritain Health, where leadership of large IT teams and management of critical systems was paramount. Earlier career experiences include positions at Independent Health and ClientLogic Corporation, demonstrating a strong foundation in programming and systems analysis. Eric holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo, as well as both M.S. and B.S. degrees in Computer Science from the same institution.
