Melissa de Szendeffy has a background in museum studies and history, with experience in conducting research, ethnographic research, and social media engagement. Currently working as a Development Associate at Point Foundation, with previous experience at Reading Partners and AmeriCorps VISTA. Also worked as an intern at Kittitas County Historical Museum and Museum of Culture and Environment Central Washington University. Pursuing a Master of Arts in Public History at the University of North Alabama.
