Melisse Shaban

Melisse Shaban is an accomplished business leader and advisor with extensive experience in the health, beauty, and biotechnology industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Willow Innovations, Inc. and a member of the Executive Committee for the Point Foundation, Shaban also holds multiple board positions, including the Board of Directors at Salon Lofts and the Board of Advisors for Duke Health. As the Founder and CEO of Chrysallis LLC, Shaban oversees brand portfolio management within the beauty sector and has successfully developed and scaled several innovative brands, including Virtue Labs and StriVectin. Shaban's previous leadership roles include CEO positions at Niadyne, Inc. and Frederic Fekkai & Co., with significant contributions to the expansion and success of the fastest-growing independent skincare and luxury hair care brands. Educational credentials include attendance at Rosemont College.
