Richard Ramcharan (MSc) is currently employed at Pt. Lisas Industrial Port Development Corporation (PLIPDECO) as the Manager of Information Technology since October 2009. Richard previously worked at the same company from January 2001 to January 2009 as a Systems Specialist. Richard completed their Master's degree in Port and Maritime Management at A. Lok Jack, University of the West Indies, from 2010 to 2013, and attended Barateria Senior Comprehensive School from 1981 to 1986. Richard is responsible for delivering technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity throughout the organization.
