Prior to this role, Rhonda held the position of VP National Operations Manager at Midwest Lending from June 2021 to March 2023. Rhonda's earlier experience includes Manager of Mortgage Operations and Loan Operations Specialist at Devon Bank from October 2013 to June 2021, as well as serving as Sr Loan Specialist at NB&T from September 2010 to October 2013, where assistance was provided in all aspects of loan processing and pre-underwriting, including auditing files and reviewing appraisals.
