Russ then joined Cendant Mortgage, where they held the role of a Regional Sales Manager of the Western United States and successfully expanded the company's reach and volume. Russ later joined First Capital Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager - Executive Vice President, managing joint venture relationships and leading an impressive sales team. Russ then founded Finance North America, serving as the President & CEO, where they originated international lending services. Russ then worked at Samuel Scott Financial Group as the Director of Sales, responsible for sales operations. Russ joined HomeStreet Bank as a VP, Branch Manager in 2015 before becoming the Vice President of Sales at Point Mortgage Corporation in 2016.
