Jennifer Land CCAP I

Jennifer Land CCAP I have over 14 years of work experience. Jennifer began their career at the Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group as a Private Dining & Events Manager from 2006 to 2008. Jennifer then worked at Swanson Services as a Proposal Writer from 2008 to 2010. Following that, they joined Swanson Services Corporation as a Sales Development Manager from 2010 to 2012. Jennifer then moved to Staples and held multiple roles including RFP Specialist from 2012 to 2014, and later became a Senior RFP Specialist from 2014 to 2020. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Representative at Point of Reference since March 2020.

Jennifer Land attended the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing. In addition, they obtained the CCAP I Certification from the Institute of Certified Customer Advocacy Professionals (ICCAP) in March 2023.
