Joe White has over two decades of experience in the software and rental industries, currently serving as a Senior Technical Product Advisor at Point of Rental Software since June 2004. In this role, Joe focuses on mentoring support staff and managing Tier 3 case escalations. As Product Owner for Rental Essentials/Unified Platform, Joe oversees a web-based rental software utilized in 2000 installations worldwide, employing Agile methodology to create user stories, documentation, and training materials. Previous positions include Assistant Product Manager, Customer Care Team Lead, Data Conversion Specialist, and Implementation Specialist, showcasing a comprehensive background in product management, customer support, data conversion, and process improvement. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
