Eric Schorling, MBA

Eric Schorling, MBA has over 13 years of experience in the field of Operations and Technology. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Polar Bottle, where they held various roles including Senior Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing Agent, Customer Service Representative, and In-House Account Manager, and Production Supervisor. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Target as a Senior Operations Manager, Quality Manager, and Distribution Operations Manager. In 2020, they joined FM Expressions as Director of Operations and Technology, where they oversaw a six-person development team to create and manage web assets for internal and external customers, developed a new customer-facing website using Scrum and Agile techniques, leveraged Bootstrap and Javascript to build front-end UI applications, and directed IT and Business Systems teams to secure data and support internal ERPs. In 2022, they began working at Point One Navigation as a Software Engineer.

Most recently, they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science - Machine Learning and AI from Colorado State University Global in 2022. Additionally, Eric has obtained certifications in Full Stack Web Development from DigitalCrafts in 2020, Javascript Algorithms and Data Structures from freeCodeCamp in 2020, and Green Belt Certification (GB) from Purdue University in 2018.
