Jason Randoing

Jason Randoing has a diverse work experience in various companies. Jason started their career as a Summer Analyst at Allen & Company LLC in 2017. Jason then joined Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant in October 2018, and later became a Senior Associate Consultant in August 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Business Operations Extern at Point from February to July, followed by a role as a Business Operations Lead from August to December. Currently, Jason is the Head of Business Operations at Point starting from January 2022. Additionally, they are a member of the Operators Guild, an independent group of operations leaders at tech companies focused on knowledge sharing and community support.

Jason Randoing completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
