Celeste Payne

Celeste Payne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue management and enrollment operations. Currently serving as the Manager of Revenue & Reconciliation at Point32Health since January 2022, Celeste previously worked as a Supervisor for Enrollment Public Plans at Tufts Health Plan, overseeing a team of 15 Enrollment Specialists. Prior to that role, Celeste was a Financial Operations Specialist at Neighborhood Health Plan, managing commercial premium billing and collections. Celeste began a career in finance as an Admin Coordinator and later advanced to Senior Collections Coordinator at Boston Financial Management, Inc.
