Daniel Glushkov

Daniel Glushkov has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniel is currently working as the Director of Business Performance at Point32Health since April 2021. In this role, they are responsible for delivering business performance capabilities for all lines of business, including commercial and Medicare. Daniel provides deep dives on P&L variances and line items to the LOBs as needed.

Prior to their current position, Daniel worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care for several roles starting from 2006. From May 2019 to April 2021, they served as the Senior Manager of EDW Analytic Support, Reporting, and Analysis. Daniel oversaw a portfolio of concurrent projects and led a team of skilled analysts. Daniel also worked on operationalizing MicroStrategy Hyper Intelligence across the enterprise.

Before that, from March 2015 to May 2019, Daniel was the Manager of Enterprise Data Warehouse Analytic Support at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Daniel led a team of 16 analysts and provided leadership and technical guidance for corporate projects. Daniel developed new generation employer reporting and integration of subsidiary's data, among other responsibilities.

From October 2014 to March 2015, Daniel served as an IT Program Manager at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Daniel provided program/project leadership and technical guidance for IT implementations and remediation programs. Daniel also acted as a trusted adviser and liaison between business departments and the IT delivery organization.

Daniel's earlier experience includes roles at C&M Educational Connections and Consulting (CMEEC) as a volunteer financial strategy consultant in 2007, at the US Embassy as a contractor in 2005, and at Forem Consulting as an intern in corporate advisory in 2004.

Daniel Glushkov completed their education with an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University from 2005 to 2007. During this period, they specialized in Co-op. Investment Management and Accounting. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, and Economics at the American University in Bulgaria from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, in 2004, Daniel undertook a semester as an exchange student at Indiana State University - Scott College of Business, though no specific degree was mentioned for that period.
