Daniel Glushkov has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniel is currently working as the Director of Business Performance at Point32Health since April 2021. Daniel also acted as a trusted adviser and liaison between business departments and the IT delivery organization.

Daniel's earlier experience includes roles at C&M Educational Connections and Consulting (CMEEC) as a volunteer financial strategy consultant in 2007, at the US Embassy as a contractor in 2005, and at Forem Consulting as an intern in corporate advisory in 2004.

Daniel Glushkov completed their education with an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University from 2005 to 2007. During this period, they specialized in Co-op. Investment Management and Accounting. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, and Economics at the American University in Bulgaria from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, in 2004, Daniel undertook a semester as an exchange student at Indiana State University - Scott College of Business, though no specific degree was mentioned for that period.
