Dominic Grasso

Dominic Grasso, MBA, is a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Point32Health since July 2022, having previously held various roles in financial analysis at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from April 2013 to August 2022, including Senior Financial Analyst and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. In these positions, Grasso focused on building financial models, participating in business planning sessions, and leading the Financial Planning and Analysis team in pre-close meetings. Grasso began a career in finance after starting as a Senior Customer Service Associate, where responsibilities included assisting members with benefit inquiries. Before entering the finance field, Grasso officiated competitive sports as a referee for USA Hockey from September 2000 to December 2020. Grasso holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bridgewater State University, awarded in 2018.
