Grace Hicks

Grace Hicks currently serves as a Broker Relations Representative at Point32Health since October 2023. Previously, Grace held the position of Sales Analyst at Emodo for a brief period in July to August 2023. From June 2022 to May 2023, Grace worked as a Patient Experience Intern at PM Pediatrics, where responsibilities included monitoring threats across multiple healthcare lines, collaborating with leadership to assess incidents, and streamlining organizational processes through data analysis. Grace also gained experience as a Wellness Assistant at the University of New Hampshire Health and Wellness, managing Covid-19 testing deployment and contact tracing from October 2021 to May 2023, and provided administrative support in a healthcare setting. Early career experience includes a role at Belkin Family Lookout Farm from June 2020 to August 2021, focused on customer service and prioritization in a fast-paced environment. Grace earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire in 2023, following completion of a High School Diploma at Natick High School in 2019.
