Jayashree Bala

Jayashree Bala's work experience includes various roles in several companies. Jayashree is currently working as the Director of Product Data and Operations Management at Point32Health since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from 2014 to 2022, where they held managerial positions and was responsible for IT vendor oversight, data management, transition to a new Pharmacy Benefit Manager, management of the team supporting Accumulator Operations, and re-invigorating the data governance program. Prior to that, they worked at Tufts Health Plan, Fallon Community Health Plan, Dell Services at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, The Hartford, Datakey Inc., and Hutchinson Technology in different roles throughout their career.

Jayashree Bala has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University. Jayashree also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
