Kamakshi Raman

Kamakshi Raman has a strong background in analytics and healthcare, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Kamakshi most recently worked as the VP of Analytics & Insights at Point32Health. Prior to that, they were the Claims Data and Analytics Leader at GE, where they focused on leveraging data science and analytics to improve claims operations. Kamakshi also served as the Vice President of Provider and Clinical Analytics at Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan/Well Sense Health Plan, where they developed and implemented an analytics roadmap for the organization. Before that, they were the Director of Healthcare Analytics & Business Planning at Yale University School of Medicine, where they spearheaded analytics efforts to support network growth and strategic decision making. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Program Strategy & Healthcare Analytics at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing analytics for multiple health plan clients. Kamakshi also held leadership roles at OrthoNet LLC, where they directed analytics and cost reduction programs, and at The Wellness Plan, where they led a project to implement a data warehouse for intelligent decision making. Kamakshi began their career as a Software Engineer at Patni Computer System, where they worked on COBOL package maintenance for Telstra. Kamakshi Raman completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 1992 and 1996. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Healthcare from the Yale School of Management from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, in 2016, they participated in the Global Network for Advanced Management program at ESMT Berlin, where they studied Technological Innovation, "Mittelstand," and Entrepreneurship in Germany.
