Melissa A. Young

Melissa A. Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare applications and clinical systems management. Currently serving as Manager of Health Care Services - Business Ops Clinical Systems at Point32Health since October 2018, Melissa previously held significant roles at Partners HealthCare, including Application Manager in the Partners eCare Department and Senior Corporate Team Lead at Massachusetts General Hospital. Melissa's leadership experience encompasses supervising diverse teams, managing critical implementation and upgrade projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance clinical operations. In addition to healthcare roles, Melissa has contributed to community service as Head Coach for Pumas Volleyball Club and Facilities Coordinator for Santa Claus Anonymous, while also demonstrating technical expertise as an Application Specialist at MEDITECH. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems and Management from Bryant University and further education from Babson College.
